We offer free standard U.S. domestic shipping. Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method you select. 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and ship. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order and once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost items that show as delivered and/or signed for if required.

Please note: If the recipient refuses the package or package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping fee and processing charge of $20.00 minimum will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us.

Shipping for Continental US orders (per unit)

- FREE Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days + 2-3 days processing time

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. This means when ordering from geneverse.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. If the recipient refuses the package, unwilling to pay customs fees or package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping fee and processing charge of $45 minimum and accrued customs fees will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Also, we will not reimburse for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates..
